Completion is based on the delivery conditions stated in the order.
As soon as the goods are ready for dispatch or collection, you will receive an e-mail confirmation.

We ship our roof tents via the Kühne & Nagel shipping company.
Transportation normally takes up to 5 working days.
Unfortunately, there is no shipment tracking for forwarding shipments.
However, the forwarding agent is required to contact you by telephone 1 day before delivery to schedule the delivery.
Unfortunately, we cannot establish direct contact with the delivering carrier.
If your delivery is already more than 5 working days away, please inform our logistics service using the form below.

You will receive a DHL package with the vehicle registration document and the final completion date 2 weeks before completion.
Due to InTime production, we can only inform you of the final completion date 2 weeks before completion of the trailer.
