Your tasks:
- Keep an eye on the KPIs: Regularly analyze a fixed set of KPIs that are representative of our customer service (e.g. response times, processing times, telephone availability, customer ratings, ...).
- Optimize our KPIs: Take responsibility for our KPIs and ensure that they continuously develop in the right direction. We will provide you with clear and measurable targets as well as all the support you need.
- Build a knowledge database: Lead, be responsible for and realize our vision of a knowledge base / FAQ page on our website where customers can find comprehensive articles as well as self-help (we use OMQ software for this).
- Develop process diagrams: Bring more structure & standardization to our internal processes and record the developed processes in clear flowcharts.
- Have a heart for customer (service): Lead your team and ensure that our customers feel valued - also because their concerns are dealt with quickly, solution-oriented and proactively.
- Organize your team: Create the staff deployment plan on an ongoing basis to ensure that both the customer service team and the showroom team have enough staff to cover all days.
- Find the right balance as a team leader: Weigh up when to settle conflicts within the team harmoniously and when to assert yourself in difficult situations.

This is what you bring with you (must-have):
- At least 1 year experience as a manager
- At least 1 year of experience in working with an ERP / WaWi system
- At least 1 year experience with a ticket system / helpdesk
- Customer service is more than just a job for you - you feel fulfilled when you delight customers with excellent service
- You have a high affinity for numbers and find it easy to keep an eye on the essentials, even with many different key figures.
- Your ambition drives you to achieve above-average and measurable results.
- You have a natural authority that enables you to enforce clear structures and guidelines.
- You have excellent communication skills and can convey difficult topics clearly.
- Your positive mindset and optimistic attitude are infectious.
The icing on the cake on your profile (nice to have):
- Any previous experience with the software we use in customer service is a big plus. Currently these are mainly JTL (WaWi), GREYHOUND Software (ticket system), OMQ (knowledge base), Lucidchart (processes), ChatGPT
