Size of the sleeping area

The Roof top tent offers enough space for two adults and a child. The sleeping area is approx. 133 x 200 cm (W x L).

Weight

The Roof top tent weighs 68 kg + 6 kg ladder. The ladder is detachable and can travel in your luggage if required.

Cover and pack size

The robust fiberglass hard shell of the tent is about 34 cm high. When folded, the tent measures a compact 210 x 144 x 34 cm (L x W x H), making it a space-saving yet stable solution for your camping adventure.

Car roof load

Exterior

For the Good Vibes tent fabric, we have chosen a tear-resistant and water-repellent poly-cotton blend in olive green, which is both robust and stylish. Red color accents on the zippers and window seams give the tent a fresh and dynamic look. The rain canopies over the windows are made of water-repellent polyester, which offers optimum protection in the rain. The hard shell made of glass fiber reinforced plastic (GRP) is sealed with a particularly hard-wearing and scratch-resistant coating in black matt, which gives the tent an elegant and durable finish. The floor is made of lightweight but extremely stable, glass fiber-reinforced thermoplastic honeycombs, which provide additional strength and durability.

Inside

We have made no compromises when it comes to the mattress – you’ll sleep as comfortably as in your own bed at home. The foam is a generous eight centimetres thick and the soft, quilted mattress cover makes your bed extra cozy. No annoying rustling or rustling will keep you awake, as the cover not only provides warmth but also a comfortable sleeping experience. Even if you sleep in a sleeping bag, you won’t slip back and forth thanks to the non-slip surface of the cover. The diamond-shaped quilted “starry sky” also provides additional insulation so that you can enjoy a comfortable and warm night.

Will the Roof top tent fit on my vehicle?

The Roof top tent can be mounted on almost any vehicle with a dynamic roof load of at least 60 kg. You only need two cross struts/load carriers. The Roof top tent is then attached to the cross struts/load carriers using the enclosed materials. Mounting directly on a roof railing is not recommended, as the distance to the roof is very small and the U-bolts could cause scratches. You therefore also need cross struts/load carriers for roof rails. We will be happy to offer you suitable carriers for your vehicle when you buy it.

But with me, the Roof top tent weighs a lot more, doesn't it?

For most vehicles, the roof load is between 75 – 100 kg. However, this specification refers to the load during driving!
When stationary, the weight acting on the roof may be significantly higher.
Remember: in the event of a rollover, the car must be able to rest on the roof.
