That is exactly why we are looking for a dedicated full-time customer service employee (m/f/d) for immediate employment.
Communicating with people is your thing – whether on the phone or in person. Happy customers are your passion! With your self-confident manner and personality, you manage to make your counterpart smile even in complicated moments. Your tasks:
- Customer support from A-Z across all communication channels
- Order processing: order entry, changes and processing
- Complaint processing: handling service/warranty requests from customer contact to resolution
- Internal sales: consulting, calculation and quotation preparation for skin products, spare parts and services
- Link between the customer and our other departments, e.g. textile workshop, production, assembly, logistics, etc.
This is what you bring with you (must-have):
- Completed vocational training and/or professional experience in a commercial/technical environment
- Career changers with relevant professional experience are also welcome
- Communicative - your flair for dealing with customers is your great strength
- Confident handling of MS Office, as well as initial experience in merchandise management, ERP software or similar advantageous
- Careful and structured way of working
