Glocknerwand in East Tyrol and Carinthia with an altitude of 3,722 m
The Glocknerwand is a summit of the Glockner group in the Hohe Tauern.
It is located directly on the border between East Tyrol and Carinthia next to the Grossglockner.
The mountain is very fan-shaped and has very steep high walls to the southwest and northeast, which are over 400 meters high.
If you want to climb the summit, you can expect one of the most impressive but also most difficult ridge crossings in the Eastern Alps.
