I would like to take this opportunity to mention the perfect process that I was able to experience today.
It started with a request via the contact form on the website.
I made my inquiry on Saturday lunchtime and received the call 3 hours later.
As a result, I bought my roof tent.
Email correspondence and telephone contact were absolutely exemplary.
On the day of collection and assembly, I was given a short briefing about the process.
While the roof tent was being assembled, I received excellent instruction.

All questions were answered with enthusiasm, patience and humor.
You rarely experience something like that.
Simply TOP.
As I have not yet had any experience with the roof tent in the few hours I have had it is all the more important for me to praise the TEAM at this point.
